At ListenUp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your electronics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
